No. Images and equations are not converted. Only selectable text becomes Markdown.
No. Pages that are images of text have no selectable text, and there is no OCR, so these files are refused.
Tables are exported as plain text, one line per row, not as Markdown tables. Cells that span several lines may be split apart.
One English PDF with selectable text at a time, up to 10 MB (10,000,000 bytes) and 20 pages. Larger files are refused as a whole; nothing is silently cut off. Conversion stops after 60 seconds.
Yes. Copy the Markdown or download the .md file and use it in any tool that accepts text. Check important numbers, names and dates against the original PDF first.
